Bakers Piece - a development of reasonably priced houses.
These houses are located in the sought after village of East Portlemouth. The land was made available by a local benefactor with the sole aim of providing affordable housing for local applicants.
We were very pleased to be selected from several suppliers for the timber frame supply and erect for this contract. We were asked to install the upper floor timber frame construction to sit over the concrete ground floor that had been pre-installed by the Main Contractor.
The access was very difficult with the houses being on different levels etc. but the houses were erected in a few weeks.
It can be honestly said that this group of affordable houses have one of the best views in the country.
