A substantial timber framed house in a desirable location.
Brick House Farm is a large private dwelling set in the woodland village of West Hill near Ottery St Mary on a very desirable plot of land.
The client fully utilised our in-house design service with this project by amending the original floor plan layout to perfectly suit the family’s requirements. Also, with the help of 3D computer aided design we were able to resolve a potentially big architectural oversight within the roof.
This house is currently at second fix stage ready to receive a glass floating staircase within a three story galleried atrium.
