Elwyn House Apartments is a Badger Homes development of 14 luxury homes.
We have worked with Badger Homes on many projects in the East Devon area, producing traditional style homes using our in-house design service. The original plans were for 12 homes but from the architect’s plans and using our 3D computer design we were able to produce 2 additional 2000 square foot apartments within the roof space, without compromising in any way on space or the original appearance of the project.
The end project is a very attractive, imposing building with all the benefits of modern sustainability, insulation and sound proofing, constructed using the highest quality sturdy timber frame and having the appearance of a traditionally built structure.
Elwyn House Apartments fit comfortably within the surrounding area of large period properties.
The timber frame is very quickly erected on the prepared footings allowing other services to continue inside and out without hindrance or delay.
Elwyn house is a development of 2 or 3 bedroom apartments each with at least two bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. Built to the highest standards whilst considering sustainability and the environment.
