Half Acre - Newton Poppleford.
This large contemporary house set in the village of Newton Poppleford.
The access proved very challenging as the timber frame components had to be manually carried up a steep narrow drive.
The house itself is nicely designed by Bryan at WWD in Exeter.
It has some lovely features including some Douglas Fir trusses that we made for the Lounge. The timber frame straddles over a large basement and has some challenging floor spans to achieve alongside some shaped walls and stair trimmers that were slightly head scratching for us.
A very impressive result for some very nice Clients. This will make an excellent home.
