The building of a timber framed house.

The timber frame is erected on the prepared foundations.
A big advantage of using timber frame is that work can continue externally and internally with no conflict or time wasting. The brick and block outer wall and the adjoining double garage is built, at the same time the roof is completed, internal services are then installed. Windows, insulation, underfloor heating, solar panel, plumbing, wiring, sprinkler system, internal sound insulation, walling and plastering, kitchen units, flooring................to finish the build quickly efficiently and to a very high standard.

Set in a village in the Devon countryside.
