Working with Chichester Homes Ltd we successfully produced fifteen, two bedroom bungalows for close care living for the elderly in Bideford near Kenwith Castle.

We accurately plotted all units to the exact location, height and size easing the real time setting out of foundations and floor slabs.

These units had several different roof styles including: cantilevered canopies, pergolas and large mono pitched trusses. We incorporated conservatory structures within the timber frame as pictured.
