The client had a requirement for a high quality, cost effective and fast track solution to upgrading and extending a community pub and restaurant in Alphington, Exeter.
Pre-manufactured timber frame was the only option whereby the builder could prepare the site whilst Wesructure Fabricated the building shell in their workshops simultaneously.
Accurate dimensions and adherance to timescales were critical and the timber frame kit fitted together on site like a glove.
The rapid timber frame manufacture and erection allowed the fit out of the pub to progress quickly and the whole job was completed on time.
Added benifits were high levels of insulation and a quality of timber detailing that enhances the apperance of the building in order to send out 'the right' message.
WWD Ltd. produced and managed the concept which helped produce a seamless solution with no difficulty or inter-company problems.
In summary, the project was very successful, environmentally responsible, cost effective and on time, which led to a very satisfied customer.
