The design, fabrication, transport and building of Holiday Chalets in Spain.
A very good client of ours, for whom we have built 40 houses in the UK, aproached us about this project in Alicanti, Spain.
This site is owned by a large company who would normally build in concrete. However they could not wait the excessive time that the concrete construction demanded.
They came over to see some of the properties we had built in timber frame and were very surprised how quickly they could be built.
These units were erected in about three days each on site and they finished them off with their own labour, supervised by our UK client.

The units are 7m x 7m with pyramid roofs covered in cedar shingles from Canada. The walls are clad with shiplap boarding which has been pre-baked for durability. This wood comes from Holland.
These units are shortly due for completion ready for letting.
We have had more enquiries from Spain lately as people are less happy waiting for the increased time that traditional building takes - in Spain, and are at the early stages in the planning of three other houses.
