These apartments contributed to the local affordable housing market.
This commercial unit with starter home apartments above was a project from the ground up for us. We offered a full surveying service allowing the client to build the masonry ground floor to millimetre precision ready to receive our 4 story timber frame.
Working in close collaboration with the client and architects, we had a strong involvement in the design and detailing process. This included the robust details for fire regulation and sound containment.
